Mark Schneider, Ph.D.
Mark Schneider, Ph.D. is a national leader and expert in the dual enrollment/dual credit/concurrent enrollment field.
Dr. Schneider has extensive experience in the dual enrollment field where he has led many dual enrollment initiatives around enrollment headcount goals, completion/degree obtainment mapping, matriculation strategizing, curriculum development, faculty professional development, and more. His experiences also range from working within a multi-campus system to developing one-on-one dual enrollment relationships and pathways between a single high school and the local college campus.
In addition, Dr. Schneider has served on a dual enrollment research commission, been an accreditation peer review team member and peer review team lead, and has present over the years at many national conferences on topics relating to dual enrollment.
Dr. Schneider earned his Ph.D. from Purdue University in 2024 with his dissertation research, including published peer review journal articles, covering the changes in and effects of dual enrollment instructor credentialing policies from the HLC from the perspective of dual enrollment instructors and high school administrators. He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Ball State University and Indiana University Bloomington, respectively.
